- If there are any damaged or defected garments, please contact us within 5 business days from delivery date to file a claim.

- Impress Ink’s liability shall be limited to the sales price, we will not be liable for any consequential damages

- Impress Ink reserves the right to use any item designed or produced for promotional purposes.

- Prices, terms and conditions are subject to change without notice

- If an order is cancelled after confirmation, customer is subject to setup, apparel, art, and prepress costs incurred

- We will beat any official written quote by 5% if submitted with your order. The quote shall be less than 30 days old from the date of order.

Payment Policy
Impress Ink accepts payments via credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER & AMERICAN EXPRESS), approved checks, cash and through paypal. A initial deposit payment, minimum of 50% must be paid prior to any production. The rest of the payment must be paid before delivery or pickup of the products.

Returned checks are subject to a $30 charge

Impress Ink also accepts payments through purchase orders for qualified customers and organizations.

Returns and Claims Policy

Any client that receives damaged, misprinted and incorrect orders will need to file a claim within 5 business days of delivery. The original products will have to be returned in exchange of the corrected order.

To ensure accuracy and satisfaction of the products, we issue free proofs for all clients. We ensure that all products will approximate the specifications of the proof.
